We provide revisions depending upon the package you selected. We focus on providing the best services to our customers and will continue revising until your needs are met. Revision Turnaround Time would be 48 hours depending on the complexity of the project as well.

Turnaround time refers to the time in which your initial design concepts are completed and delivered to you. For all new web orders, the turnaround time is from 48 hours to maximum 72 hours after order confirmation and complete brief submission.

GNZ Solutions LLC refund policy will be void if;

• You have chosen a combo package.
• You have subscribed for a maintenance package
• The initial design concept has been approved and delivered.
• You have demanded multiple revisions.
• The cancellation has been made due to reasons non-related to the company.
• The refund is asked after a month or more than a month of subscription date.
• The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks of project.
• Company’s policies, or policy, have been violated.
• Other company or designer has been approached for the same project.
• The creative brief is missing in required information.
• A complete design or module change has been demanded.
• The claim has crossed the given ‘request for refund’ time span.
• The business is closing.
• In case of websites, refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the design and the website is sent for development.
• Services including SMM, SEO, Domain Registration and Web Hosting are not entitled to refund.
